Right now I am building HappiNest.AI, an AI leasing platform for property management companies. Most of my time goes to the product and the integrations that make the platform useful inside the systems property managers already run. Alongside it, I am publishing Zubane, Bhashalu, and Bhashegalu, three apps about the words and histories connecting Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, and Kannada. I am based in Tampa, Florida, active in the Tampa Bay startup community, and on the road this fall for three industry conferences.
